I have written extensively on both domestic policy and international affairs, including for the opinion pages of the Wall Street Journal, Wall Street Journal-Europe, New York Sun, and the Forward.  My legal and policy writings have appeared in the Chicago-Kent Journal of Intellectual Property and the Middle East Quarterly.

I received my undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University, a graduate degree in European history from Emory University, and a law degree from UConn.
